Refund Policy

You hear a free preview before you pay, so you always know what you are buying. Still, things can go wrong.

We refund or regenerate when

• The audio file is corrupted, cut off or will not download.
• The full song materially differs from the preview you heard.
• The song contains content that clearly contradicts your brief (wrong name, wrong occasion).
• You were charged more than once for the same song.

How

Reply to your delivery email within 14 days of purchase and tell us what is wrong. We will regenerate the song for free or refund the full amount, your choice. Refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

What is not covered

Taste. AI music is expressive but not perfectly controllable, and the preview exists precisely so you can decide before paying. If you simply prefer a different style, create a new preview for free instead.
