What we collect

• Your email address, to send you your song and order updates.
• The brief you write (names, story, preferences), to generate your song.
• Your IP address and basic technical data, to prevent abuse and keep the Service working.
• Campaign parameters (UTM) so we know which of our posts or ads brought you here.

How we use it

To create and deliver your song, to process your payment, to answer support requests, and to improve the Service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your brief to train AI models.

Who we share it with

• Our AI music generation provider receives the brief text needed to compose the song.
• Polar (merchant of record) receives your email and payment details to process purchases.
• Resend delivers our emails. Cloudflare hosts the Service and stores audio files.

Retention

Unpurchased previews and their briefs are deleted after 14 days. Purchased songs and order records are kept for at least 12 months so you can re-download them, and as required for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data or send you a copy at any time by replying to any of our emails. If you included another person's details in a brief, they may also request deletion.

Cookies

We use only technically necessary storage (for example to remember the campaign that referred you). No tracking cookies.
