When you purchase a song from SongGift you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to:

• Play it privately and at private events (parties, weddings, ceremonies).
• Share it with the person it was made for and with friends and family.
• Post it on your personal social media accounts, including in videos and stories.
• Use it in personal, non-commercial videos, slideshows and keepsakes.

Not included

• Selling the song, distributing it on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) or registering it with a rights organisation.
• Using it in advertising, monetised content, film, TV, games or any commercial product.
• Claiming the song was performed by a human artist or by a specific real artist.
